- ➤ Around 50 community members took the Special Olympics Idaho Polar Plunge on Saturday in Post Falls, raising over $20,000 to support local sports training and upcoming competitions. The event showcased local spirit (with athletes preparing for the summer USA games). KXLY

- ➤ Charity Reimagined funds vouchers at the Adult Education Center at Molstead Library so GED students can cover test fees and small living costs while they study. Supported by Press Christmas for All, the program helps local learners focus on their goals without extra worry. Coeur d'Alene Press
- ➤ The Coeur d’Alene Regional Chamber will celebrate the Leadership Coeur d’Alene Class of 2025 in February as the program marks 41 years of developing local leaders through hands-on community service and immersive learning. The next class will begin on March 5. Coeur d'Alene Press
- ➤ After nearly four hours of competition with 160+ regional students, Kootenai Classical Academy’s Chase Miller won the Inland Northwest Spelling Bee while Harper Adams placed second. - ➤ Watercraft owners are urged to use the free waterless cleaning station installed at Rocky Point Boat Launch, which logged 303 sessions and will soon move to Chatcolet Lake as improvements continue.
