- ➤ The City of Post Falls announced rolling lane closures on East Seltice Way from 3375 to 3390 for new underground utilities work this week — closures will run Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. while traffic control personnel direct vehicles as the work zone shifts along the road. KHQ
