- ➤ NIC student Casandra Rencken placed third in the Idaho Entrepreneur Challenge for her local business Simply Maid Clean, earning a $1,125 prize on April 3 in Boise, and the award came from a contest for student ventures developed in the Business Management Program (with NIC X-Labs). - ➤ Volunteers prepared seedlings on Tuesday for the 41st Arbor Day giveaway that will provide trees for 2,000 fourth graders in Kootenai County.
