  • Idaho’s State Board approved tuition and fee increases for four-year colleges, raising in-state costs by about 4.5% this fall to address budget shortfalls and support faculty hiring.   • Panhandle Health District announced a plan to revitalize its clinic and double services without extra county funds after a Tuesday meeting with Kootenai County commissioners.
