- ➤ A Post Falls man will spend 35 months in federal prison and 3 years under supervised release for pointing a bright green laser at a sheriff’s office helicopter that blinded several occupants and caused the aircraft to momentarily lose altitude—law enforcement arrested him after recording a blood alcohol level of .11 and noting his prior felony convictions.
