Drivers in Post Falls face delays today and tomorrow as construction crews close East Woodland Drive from Cedar to Riverside Harbor and South Osprey Drive from Woodland to Shoreline—the southbound lane of North Greensferry Road from East 12th to East Mullan is also closed for paving work.
