The Idaho Transportation Department will start a four-year improvement project on Monday that will widen I-90 between State Highway 41 and Highway 95 — drivers should expect delays between Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene as the work includes tree removal, temporary barriers, and initial bridge construction with work mostly on weekdays.

Next week, crews will return to chip-sealed neighborhoods to apply a fog seal layer that will protect roads and give them a dark finish.

Residents must remove vehicles from the street from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., place bins behind the curb on trash days, and avoid watering the street—officials will notify affected areas by door tags or reader boards.

Open Arms Real Choices Clinic announced that Vicki Scribner has been named its new executive director.

She has served the clinic since 2016—first as a client advocate then as director of client services—and will lead its mission to provide free, confidential pregnancy support.
