Bunker Hill Mining and Silver47 Exploration are merging in a stock-swap deal that unites the Kellogg mine with Silver47’s projects in Alaska, Nevada, and New Mexico.
Signed Aug. 20, the deal supports production goals at Bunker Hill (using $10M in new funding) and aims to boost output.

The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office is partnering with Black Sheep Sporting Goods to host a memorial ceremony at Silver Lake Mall on Sept.
11 at 11 a.m. to honor lives lost and recognize first responders, while Buffalo Speedway will perform live on stage.
