Express Employment Professionals hosted its second Thanksgiving food drive after SNAP benefits halted on November 1 due to the government shutdown+workers from 16 companies collected 13,049 pounds of food that was delivered to local food banks in Post Falls and Coeur d’Alene.

A five day tree removal project will begin Wednesday at Ponderosa Elementary in Post Falls—officials identified 30 trees that need removal and crews will work over Thanksgiving break to prune and clean up the remaining trees.
