- ➤ Express Employment Professionals hosted its second Thanksgiving food drive after SNAP benefits halted on November 1 due to the government shutdown+workers from 16 companies collected 13,049 pounds of food that was delivered to local food banks in Post Falls and Coeur d’Alene. - ➤ Timberlake High School senior Kiana Kelly's digital paintings printed on metal are on display at Century 21 Beutler and Associates office (207 1/2 E. Sherman Ave.) in downtown Coeur d'Alene through the end of November. The 18-year-old artist, known for her whimsical and romantic style, began her art journey at a young age and has been honored at local art events. Coeur d'Alene Press

- ➤ A five day tree removal project will begin Wednesday at Ponderosa Elementary in Post Falls—officials identified 30 trees that need removal and crews will work over Thanksgiving break to prune and clean up the remaining trees. Coeur d'Alene Press
