- ➤ St. Vincent de Paul North Idaho received a $5K donation from First Interstate Bank (a longtime supporter) to help run its winter warming center in Post Falls that offers emergency shelter when temperatures drop to 33 degrees. - ➤ The Hensley family from Post Falls spent Tuesday sledding at Cherry Hill Park after several inches of snow fell Monday, with children riding a snow tube and their father tossing snowballs, and local hardware stores saw high demand for shovels and snow blowers — a sign residents are preparing for more winter weather.
