- ➤ Noella, 44, is rebuilding her life after her husband's suicide with help from the annual Press Christmas for All campaign. The award covered a $4,000 move-in cost so she can care for her children—including two with autism—and return to college to pursue her teaching dream. Coeur d'Alene Press
- ➤ Coeur d’Alene Firefighters Local 710 and Santa Claus will wrap up the Mobile Santa Food Drive tonight from 4:30 to 8:30 at the location west of Atlas Road — north of Hanley Avenue — south of Prairie Avenue, having collected food bank donations from neighborhoods since Dec. 17. - ➤ On Sunday, Dec. 21, community members gathered at Father Bill’s Kitchen at St. Vincent de Paul North Idaho for the National Homeless Person’s Day of Remembrance to honor homeless individuals and call for support, with Heritage Health’s Chris Green urging that every person be seen (and helped).
