A change of pace from the Reformer. This class will incorporate the "Tower of Power" along with the reformer and other Pilates "Toys & Tools"! It's perfect for all levels of fitness! * To participate in this class you must have completed your Movement Assessment and Introduction to the Pilates equipment.
