Restorative Yin with Sound Healing Prepare to be surrounded by a warm audible hug when taking this class! Each of our Yin instructors have a unique approach while staying true to the yogic philosophy of Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga is designed to balance the Yang practice; encouraging students to hold postures for 3-5 minutes to settle the nervous system and promote a sense of calm and ease through the body and mind. Class finishes with 15 minutes of sound healing leaving you feeling restored and renewed. Room temperature is warm from 75-80 degrees, as this class shares space with the hot classes. Infrared panels are intentionally turned off during the warmer months for this class.
