The Good Day Post Falls team
If you work or shop in Spokane Valley, early returns had the Central Valley School District levy narrowly passing as of 8 p.m. Tuesday. It's a three-year levy that replaces one expiring next year, and it keeps the rate at $2.50 per $1,000 of assessed value. For a $418,000 home, that's $1,045 per year.
